Production Capabilities

Fairmont Foods is a diversified frozen food manufacturer.  Our production capabilities include single serve, multi-serve, institutional and industrial sizes.  Single serve and multi-serve entrees, side dishes, soups and sauces are available in a variety of CPET and paperboard bowls and trays, aluminum pans or boil-in-the-bag packaging.  We can fill as little as a few ounces of sauce into a pouch up to 96-ounce retail trays.  We also specialize in steam table foodservice pans and pouches (3# - 9#).  Institutional packs are available in bulk packaging ranging from a few pounds to tote bins.

Processing capabilities include rice and pasta cooking, sauce cooking, fully cooked portion controlled patties and meatballs, sliced whole muscle meats and value added side dishes.
